July 16, 1935: HMY Victoria and Albert with HM King George V, HRH Prince of Wales, HRH Duke of York and HRH Duke of Kent embarked during the Silver Jubilee Fleet Review at Spithead.



May 20, 1937: HMY Victoria and Albert with HM King George VI, HM Queen Elizabeth, HRH Princess Elizabeth, HRH Duke of Kent, HRH Duchess of Kent, Lord Louis Mountbatten (ADC to King George VI) and a cadre of admirals embarked during the Coronation Fleet Review at Spithead. Warships seen from right to left are, HMS Nelson, HMS Barham, HMS Rodney and HMS Royal Sovereign.



July 22, 1939: HMY Victoria and Albert at arriving at Dartmouth Castle in Devon , England with HM King George VI, HM Queen Elizabeth HRH Princess Margaret and 13 year old HRH Princess Elizabeth embarked for a two day visit. On this occasion, Princess Elizabeth met, for the first time, Cadet Prince Mountbatten RN, 8 years later they were to marry and he is now, of course, Prince Philip.
