Eagle Squadrons Memorial
Kirton-in-Lindsey, North Lincolnshire, England

The Eagle Squadrons Memorial commemorates the ten Americans who perished flying with Royal Air Force squadrons 71, 121 and 133 in World War II. These Americans volunteered to fight for England before the United States entered the war and operated from an airfield nearby. The memorial was dedicated in Sept. 2012 and is located on the village green near the Kirton-in-Lindsey War Memorial.
