If You choose to return to the entrance, you will pass the forth memorial. It is the last one and was erected in 1991. Dedicated to the people from Zagreb killed during the People's Liberation War (during the WWII in Yugoslavia), not in Zagreb, but somewhere else. The memorial is made from stone and bronze and the author is sculptor Kosta Angeli Radovani.

The dedication stone reads: "To people of Zagreb perished during NOB (Narodnooslobodilacki rat = People's liberation war) from 1941-1945".
