Note the report at top right: "Invasion Swoop On Another Front"
(The report states that Britain doubts the Nazis will attack Russia, but believes that they are planning an invasion of England via Scotland and Norway. The fact that Hitler has put up to 2,000,000 million troops and the required weapons along the Russian border is an indication that the real target is England? This was not the only report that claimed the millions of men on the Russian border was a feint. After all, Hitler wouldn't "really" invade Russia. Can you find a recent parallel in modern times? How about, Putin has massed over 100,000 men and equipment along the Ukrainian border, but he wouldn't "really" invade Ukraine.)
Also note the report in columns 5-6: "Something Great Soon, Predicts Japanese General - After Talk With Hitler"
(Lt. Gen. Tomoyuki Yamashita (reported as Motoyuki) boasting to the press, without saying exactly what he was talking about. Gen. Yamashita was executed on Feb. 23, 1946 for war crimes.)
