Note the report in column 4: "Navy Annihilates Italian Convoy: Supply Ships And Destroyers Sunk"
(This time the details given to the press were accurate. A convoy of five cargo ships, (Adana, Ageina, Arta, Iserlohn and Sabaudia) bound for Rommel's Afrika Korps, escorted by three Italian destroyers, (Baleno, Lampo and Luca Tarigo) was attacked by Force K (H.M. destroyers Jervis, Janus, Mohawk and Nubian.) Every ship in the convoy was sunk. Only one of the destroyers (Lampo) was later raised and returned to service. The British lost one destroyer, HMS Mohawk. Lampo was sunk Apr. 30, 1943 by USAAF aircraft.)
