My Cousin has asked if I would help her in finding the family of "Masters, Franklin R.  Machinist's Mate 1st. Class".  He was her Mother's first husband and was on the USS Astoria. Her Mother kept his medals and when she died they are now needing to be placed with his family for safe keeping and respect. We just don't know where his family is to forward them. Do you have a way for us to forward these medals of high honor. Thank you for whatever you can do to make this happen for the Masters family. We also will be proud to have helped in some way.
