I am doing research into my family history, my great granddad is mentioned as war dead on your site Thomas Charles Kibblewhite died 25th April 1915 he was on HMS Euryalus, he was an oarsman who I believe helped "the six before breakfast" land ashore and they received VC medals, my great granddad I believe received nothing which is a huge shame, But if anyone knows of any surviving relatives who served with my great granddad it would be interesting to know.

Kind regards,
Brenda Preston

I am one of Thomas Charles Kibblewhite's grandsons and trying to get more information about his death. My mother was his daughter whom he never saw her name was Beatrice sister to Tom and Hilda. All I have been able to find out is that he was killed on the landings at W beach and was then buried at sea.
