I'm am looking into the “good –will  tour of this ship (1935-1936) to South America and its only North America call Portland, Oregon. I am an old student and did fine in the old card indexes and such. I have ample evidence and good stuff about the  port call. Can you help in my finding on-line document about goal and motivation for this tour?
