Antony War Memorial

The Antony War Memorial, located just outside Torpoint in Cornwall on the main road between Antony and Torpoint. This memorial was erected by Reginald Carew and is inscribed and known as the "Pen-y-Crois". It is also inscribed "Placed here by Reginald Pole Carew in memory of his nephew Wymond and all those of this district who died for their Country 1914-1918. God Bless them all." Names of those from Antony, St. John's and Torpoint who lost their lives in the Great War are engraved on the base of the memorial.
