James Harold Doolittle (Dec. 14, 1896-Sept. 27, 1993)
This photograph probably taken around 1922. Doolittle would be promoted to Brigadier General
and awarded the Medal of Honor following the daring raid he planned against Japan.
(Although after crashing his B-25 in China he believed he would be court-martialed instead of promoted.)
