Note the report in columns 3-4: "British Submarines Sink Two Ships"
(The report states that HM Submarine Swordfish sank a German torpedo boat off the French coast and that HM Submarine Regent sank a 6,000-ton Italian merchant ship. In reality, Swordfish fired at a group of German torpedo boats, but all torpedoes missed. Regent torpedoed the 5,900-ton Antoneietta Costa, which was grounded to avoid sinking, however the ship was a total loss.)
