Also note the report at top center: "Heavy Blizzard Leaves Trail of 36 Dead In East Coast's Worst Storm Since 1938."
(After watching the hysterical news coverage of the snow storm which hit the northeastern U.S.A. on Feb. 1-2, 2021 and the storm we are having today, I thought this report was a good reminder that the northeast U.S. had in fact been hit by a blizzards before the 21st century. This blizzard was covered in most of the newspapers of the time, including the Canadian and German papers. I find the headline in this particular version of the story to be kind of comical, as it says "worst storm since 1938," which makes it the worst storm in a whole two years.)
