March 19, 1898: USS Oregon in San Francisco Bay about to depart for duty in the Spanish-American War. The voyage would last 66 days and would be one of the most storied voyages of any U.S. battleship to date.

August 1898: USS Oregon arriving in New York following duty in the Spanish-American War.



August 20, 1898: USS Oregon seen in the Naval Review in the Hudson River, New York City following duty in the Spanish-American War. The other ships in the review were; USS Indiana (Battleship #1), USS Massachusetts (Battleship #2), USS Iowa (Battleship #4), USS Texas, USS Brooklyn (Armored Cruiser #3) and USS New York (Armored Cruiser #2).
