All except Shimakaze, Nadakaze and Yakaze had the 4.7"/45 guns replaced with 2 x 4.7"/50 and 10 x 25mm AA machine guns. Torpedo tubes reduced to 2. Minelaying and minesweeping equipment removed and equipped with depth charge launchers. (carrying 36 depth charges) |
