Attacked by one of the Lynx helicopters along with the assistance of several other
helicopters from other ships. Santa Fe was grounded to avoid sinking at King Edward
Point, South Georgia Island and surrendered to British forces. Too old to be useful
as a war prize the boat was later scuttled.


History
May 12, 1982:

HMS Brilliant was the 1st Royal Navy ship to fire the Seawolf missile in combat when
she shot down 3 Argentine A-4 Skyhawk's during the Falklands War.

May 21, 1982:
Damaged by gunfire from an Argentine IAI Finger aircraft off San Carlos, East Falkland
Island.

Aug. 31, 1996:
Sold to Brazil and renamed Dodsworth F-47.
