Thought you might like to see the hard work Jos (my brother for those who do not know him), has put in, in writing up the History (Private and Royal Navy) of our Grandfather, Frederick Prowse. With a bit of input from Me, Jos accumulated a lot of info concerning HMS Courageous and the U-Boat and Captain that sank the Courageous.

Our mum, had her father's medals, mounted in a frame, made by our Uncle Arthur and Aunty Pat Folland, but over the years the ribbon's on the medals began to fade, so Jos has bought a proper medal box to encase them.
