(For the younger readers, Reds refers to Communists. This story shows that many of Franklin Roosevelt's "New Deal" officials were suspected Communist (Russian) agents. Take special note that the names on the list include more than one official from the National Labor Relations Board, which along with the CIO union were infested with Communists, and probably still are.)
