(The report states that a tip was phoned in about a bomb under a bridge. A police officer responded and it states that he put in his squad car and took it to headquarters. It was identified as a leaden weight used to measure the river's depth. However, the report does not indicate if the police officer knew this before he put it in his car or not. I presume he did.)
