Note the report at top left: "Two Nazi Cruisers Disappear From Official Navy List"
(This report is completely incorrect. Neither of these ships had been destroyed in an air raid. This also may have been a little confusing to British intelligence. There were two ships at the shipyards, Seydlitz and Lützow, neither would ever be completed. Lützow was sold to the Russians (hence the use of the name to replace that of the cruiser Deutschland) and Seydlitz was captured by the Russians and scrapped after the war.)
