July 1918: Balboa, Panama probably seen during the return trip from Chile.

 

July 1917: USS Vermont Battleship #20 moored in the harbor at Balboa, Panama. A five masted sailing
ship is seen moored astern of Vermont.

 

A sailor with a monkey, which is believed to have been smuggled aboard USS Vermont Battleship #20 while they were in Panama.
