(The report claims a destroyer was sunk by aircraft. There was an attack made against Italian destroyers by FAA Swordfish, none of the ships were sunk. The report also states that the German ship Bertram Rickmers was intercepted by HMS Kandahar. This was true, but the ship was scuttled by its crew before it could be captured. Kandahar was sunk in Dec. of 1941 after hitting a mine.) |
